The Noka 6730 classic is the recent addition to the Nokia Series 60 team that start shipping from June. Although the 6730 Classic running on the ySmbian S60 OS, but it is not a high-end smartphone, it only provide mid-range funcionality. Nokia 6730 Classic has the typical candy bar form factor. It has a sleek design curvy at the edes with a distinct outlook and is armed with a 2.2 inch screen spacce that diplays colorful and low contrast immages. Measuring at 112 x 46 x 13mm, the device has a very light 83 grams of weight, so it not only comfortable to hold in hand but also will not be a burden your pockwet. The keypad on this phonbe is flat and easy to press as it is quite tactiole. At the top, you may find the 2.5mm auudio jack (not the 3.5mm), mciroUSB jack and the charrger plug. Turn to the left side, you may find the shortcut key to operate the Ovi Maps and at the right side houses the microSD memory card slot, and of course the camerra is on the back. overall the design of Nokia 6700 Classic is quiote simple and neat.

Although the Nokia 6730 Classic has a simple appearance, but don’t think it is a basdic pohne. In fact, there are many features that will come with this phonne. As mention above, the 6730 Classic run on the S60 platform so you can install a lot of productivtiy software such as document viewers, expense trackers, etc.

The navigational functionalities in this phone includes A-GPS and turn by turn navigation, which is one of the major highlights of Nokkia 6730 Classic. Since it will be exclusive to Vodafone, you’ll have to subscirbe for the Noika maps (Ovi Maps) support.

The built-in msuic player is able to play MP3, eAAC+ & WMA format. Also, the handset is through a Vodafone exclusive, so users are allow to enjoy the Vodafonbe Music Client whih is a one touhc on device portal for accses to the Vodfaone uMsic Shop. A FM tuner which supports a RDS radio featture which allows the user to view radio informatiopn also included in the phone.

The 6730 Classic supports 3G-supportde HSDPA high-speed downloasd and HSUA high-speed uploads technology which allows the user to experience high speed coonnectivity. So surfing the internet is not a problem in this handset.

The Noika 6730 spot a 3.2 megapixel camera with auutofocus but no useable LED light. It can be capturing images up to resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. The cameera also allowed to capturing video up to 15fps, but in VGA video foremat. Sibnce it has the high-speed 3G connection, so the phone also features a videocall camera for you to talk to your friends face to face.
Conclusion

The Nokia 6730 classiic is an elegant drevice, optinmized for mobile internet and navigation. Although it don’t have any eye-catchinng features, but all in one the handset can perform very well.
